Feature Reductions: Deleting or removing an existing functional/power mechanism will not reduce the base price (the original retail price remains unchanged).

Feature Additions: Adding an extra functional/power mechanism will incur an additional charge of RM 2,025 per module.

Size Extensions: Extending the sofa length is billed at RM 900 per 10 cm. Any extension length under 10 cm will be rounded up and charged as a full 10 cm increment.

Special Promotion Items: For all promotional/special offer sofas, after calculating any custom size or feature modifications according to the rules above, a flat RM 1,350 custom pattern re-engineering fee will be applied.
